The invention relates to the poultry industry, namely, devices for removing meat from chicken legs, mainly turkeys and chickens. A device for removing poultry chicken legs is known, which includes tubular devices for vertical installation of the legs, which are arranged above them with the possibility of axial movement of mechanisms for fixing the legs with spring-loaded pistons and knife elements for removing the bone from the bone. The disadvantage of the device is the low yield of the separated meat and the quality of processing. The aim of the invention is to increase the yield of the meat and the quality of the processing. This goal is achieved due to the fact that the device is equipped with two synchronous rotational disks arranged one above the other, the lower of which is mounted on the vertical axis of rotation, and the upper one on an axis inclined to the axis of rotation of the lower disk, while the tubular devices are fixed on the lower disk, and the fixation mechanism — on the upper disk; each tubular device is made in the form of a lower disk installed perpendicular to the plane of rotation with the possibility of covering the bone of a thigh in the area of its body joint, formed from at least two detachable segments, installed with the possibility of converging and diverging movements, the upper edges of which are sharpened and serve as a knife element, and above each tubular device there is a slot connected to the lower disk for receiving; s 0 five five each leg, installed with its centering relative to the body, and the surface of each fixation mechanism, facing the lower disc, has a recess in the shape of a leg in its upper joint. It is equipped with a cam-lever mechanism and a return spring to communicate the movement segments. Each tubular device has the shape of a truncated cone, the smaller base of which is turned toward the socket. Each nest is formed of at least two split flaps, installed with the possibility of mutual descent and divergent movements. Each recess has the shape of a hemisphere or a cone, and the end face of the piston repeats the shape of the agglomerate. Each spring piston is equipped with a crank drive. On the upper disk 5 (i.e., above the tubular devices), mechanisms 9 are mounted for axial movement for fixing the legs with spring-loaded pistons 10. A socket 11 connected to the lower disk is located above each tubular device 6, for receiving the processed chicken leg, installed with its centering relative to the housing of the device, and the surface of each mechanism for fixing, facing the lower disc 3, has a recess 12 in the shape of a chicken leg in the region of its upper joint. The end of the recess 12 of each locking mechanism is adjacent a recess 13 in which a vertical plate 4 associated with the piston is located, the lower edge of which is formed by two sections, one of which, adjacent to the piston, repeats the shape of the cross section of the recess, and the other has a horizontal pointed edge serving as a knife element 15. For communicating the movement segments 7, the device is equipped with a cam forging-lever mechanism 16 and a return spring 17. Each tubular device 6 has the shape of a truncated cone, smaller its base turned towards the socket. As already mentioned, a second upper disk 5 is located over the first lower disk 3. It rotates around an axis 4 inclined relative to the axis 2 of the lower disk and is caused by the connection of both disks 3 and 5 with bevel gears 28 and 29. In the region of closest approach of both discs 3 and 5 are located crank actuator 19 to extend the piston 10 and plate 14 crank actuator 19 has a slider 30, which is connected to the crank disc 32 by connecting rod 31.
